Advancement through tiers is based on wagering volume over defined assessment periods. Weekly cashback earned through the VIP programme is credited as real money with no wagering requirement attached and can be withdrawn without restriction subject to standard verification requirements. bet666 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier criteria, cashback percentages, and programme benefits with reasonable notice to affected players.

Where bet666 identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the affected account(s), withhold all pending withdrawals pending investigation, permanently terminate the account, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet666 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bet666 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from gambling outcomes, technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or the acts of third-party service providers.

bet666's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made during that period.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bet666's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

bet666 makes no warranty that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Planned maintenance and emergency technical interventions may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services. bet666 will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

bet666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, prohibited conduct as described in Section 9, or any other circumstance that bet666 determines presents a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or bet666 itself.

Where an account is suspended or closed by bet666 for legitimate regulatory, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming reasons, any bonus funds or free spins held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances representing genuine deposits (net of any bonus-derived winnings subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player following the completion of any applicable investigation, subject to verification requirements.
